Charlotte "Charlie" Ray Rosenberg (born March 8, 1992) is an American actress.<br/>Ray was born in New York City. Since the age of 3, Ray has been studying jazz and tap dancing at Broadway Dance Center and Peridance, hip-hop at Kelly Peter Dance and ballet at Joffrey Ballet.[1] In 2008, she played Sally Bowles in a controversial school production of the musical Cabaret.<br/>She now sings in The Dalton School’s a cappella group "Sweet n’ Low". Ray is the younger sister of filmmaker Jackson Waite of California
